Anthropology — Tier 3 Family Indexes

Tier 3 of the Anthropology library hosts dense reference catalogs of named species, sites, cultures, and theorists — the inventory layer behind the conceptual Tier 1 / Tier 2 surveys. Where Tier 2 explains what paleoanthropology studies, Tier 3 lists which specimens and which dates.

Tier 1 status

The Tier 1 root Anthropology library index is published and links to three Tier 2 surveys:

Tier 2 status

Three Tier 2 surveys complete. Future Tier 2 expansions planned: Linguistic Anthropology (currently treated under Linguistics), Medical Anthropology, Forensic Anthropology, Primatology, Paleopathology.
