Finance Tier 3 — Family Indexes
This is the Tier 3 (T3) Map of Content (MOC) for the Finance library. T3 notes are deep, catalog-style references — long enumerations of instruments, methodologies, frameworks, and ecosystems that don’t fit naturally into a Tier 2 family page but are load-bearing reference material a working agent needs to look up.
T3 sits between T2 (family overview) and T4 (deep single-topic dives). T3 notes are “catalogs”: breadth-over-depth references intended to be the canonical entry point when an agent needs to know “what are all the X” rather than “how does one specific X work”.
Published T3 catalogs
- derivatives-and-instruments-catalog — Futures, forwards, options, swaps,
exotics, structured products, credit derivatives, commodity spreads, crypto
derivatives, pricing models (Black-Scholes, Heston, SABR, rough vol), and the
major derivatives exchanges. Covers single-name + index + ETF options, vanilla
- path-dependent + multi-asset payoffs, and the full Greek + surface taxonomy. ~550 lines, ~110 concrete instruments cataloged.
